Cardio Kickboxing
We offer high energy, fun, and effective kickboxing classes. Classes start with a warm up period, followed by rounds of kickboxing combinations and a dedicated core workout. Between each round, we add cardio intensifiers to increase your heart rate and challenge you to work a bit harder. Regardless of your fitness level, our program is self-paced and designed to let you work to challenge yourself, but not get "blown out" trying to keep up with others.
Each class is led by a Certified Kickboxing Instructor who will orient you to the program, show you all the moves you will need, and help you put on your wraps or select a pair of gloves.
If you have never tried kickboxing before, we know that it can be intimidating to some. Our new students usually feel comfortable within a class or two and the instructor is always available to address your individual needs for a modification or alternate move - should you need one. The important thing is that you keep moving, have fun, and progress at a pace and level of intensity that you are comfortable with.
